SpecIntel is a specification intelligence layer that sits on top of your CRM and acts like a personal assistant for your reps throughout the day.

Each morning, SpecIntel organizes the rep’s schedule, maps out appointments, and delivers a quick briefing on the day ahead.

Before every meeting, it provides a concise client overview: past wins, product history, current opportunities, opportunity stage, and strategic insights pulled from the CRM.

It also prepares the rep for stronger relationship-building by surfacing key contacts, relevant personal details, and smart questions to ask during the appointment.

If appropriate, SpecIntel can record and summarize the meeting, then guide the rep through a quick post-appointment interview to capture follow-ups, sample requests, new opportunities, and notes that matter.

That information is written back into the CRM automatically, keeping the system current without adding more admin work to the rep’s day.

At the end of the day, SpecIntel prepares draft follow-up emails for review, including sample requests, meeting recaps, lead responses, and individual follow-ups. The rep can edit, approve, and send.
